Delicious Easy Green Eggs

These delicious easy to make green eggs are packed full of nutrients and taste so good. The perfect way to start your weekend & chock full of vegetables. Feel free to add in your favourite vegetables and make it your own or add in a bit of MCT or super green’s to power it up. There are no rules here.

  • 1 Handful Kale Chopped
  • 1 Handful Chard Chopped
  • 1 Handful Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 Zuchinni Chopped
  • 3 Brocollini Chopped
  • 1 Spring Onion Chopped
  • 1 Handful Parsley
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Grass Fed Butter
  • 1 pinch Maldon Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper


  • Roughly Chop all the Vegetables
  • Stir Fry all the Vegetables in Grass Fed Butter
  • Break in the 4 eggs 
  • Mix through the eggs & vegetables
  • Season well with the Salt & Pepper
  • Plate up & Enjoy topped with Parsley or you could use Coriander or any Fresh Herbs
