This is a mix of all my favourite googled hommus recipes combined & tweeked into my ideal flavour combination – the uses are endless

Ingredients

  • 1 400g Tin of Chickpeas Rinsed & Drained
  • 4 tbsps Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1-2 Garlic Cloves Peeled
  • 1-2 Lemons Juiced
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 pinch Salt – a generous pinch

Instructions

  • Place all ingrediants in the food blender & blend until smooth. Adjust the lemon juice / seasonings according to taste
  • Keeps in the fridge up to a week
